We were only in the pub for a short while when the bell went for last orders. I couldn't believe it was nearly eleven o'clock! I also thought the licensing laws might have been more accomodating in Manchester. Needless to say, we didn't want the evening to end there, so we elected to go somewhere to eat. Same here Piet. When I press 'Light 3' on Beo4, my main light goes out and my table lamp and my outside light come on. I think the problem is the difference between "Local Light Picture" and "Global Light Picture" I can't remember which one I have programmed, but I do know I had to change it for my Beolink 7000. I don't

Piet, why do you need the link command? On my Beo4 I have four different 'light pictures' I press "Light, 1" or "Light, 4". On Beo5, it's just 0.000:LIGHT:LIGHT+0:000:LIGHT:CIFFER_2 Andy T.

Mark, this is a truly wonderful thread. Keep it up. Saf, I can see your point, but it wouldn't work for me. I don't know if it is a Brit thing, but the fireplace is the focal point of the room, whether it is in use or not. I personally would hate to have the fireplace to the side of me. Andy T.
