You can enter in the Service Menu pressing Standby+Go and then, when cursor is over Options, press 0,0,Go. In the Dealer Options you can change your Beo5 to Normal Mode or Dealer Mode. Regards

When I knew SW 4.24 was released, I asked my dealer to update my BV7-40. He said: "wait at least one year to see if the new SW is ok" Now I see he knows more than me about SW updates.

emabonacchi: The problem was the setting 'PAL I'. The solution was changing the value in: -service menu -Tv tuner -tuning system from 16 (UK) to 1 (ITA) Now everything is ok!! Maybe you can add something like "Thanks, Nobby!!!" Btw, did you mean you can use your TV without the pin code?

These are two diferent things: synchronize with Beocom 6000 and synchronize with Outlook. When I bought my Serene, it came with the SW E910XXFC1, and I did synchronize it with my Beocom 6000, but no with my PC. I updated it to the new SW and as I remember, the aplication used to update the SW, deleted everything I had in the Serene (photos, numbers
