Why do B&O still stick with 40 inch? A BV10-40 is way too small to give you cinema feeling, they should produce a BV10-46 or BV10-52.
Strange as it may seem Schatoy, perhaps not everyone wants their lounge to be converted into a cinema! I may be in minority, but I watch very few DVDs and want my TV to blend
Thanks for the replies. I have fixed it. Using the blunt end of a HB pencil, I pushed, prodded, poked and played around with the tray. All the time, pressing the eject button. Not sure how, but I managed to get it to work again. Now, a four year old girl.... duck tape or cable ties.....which is less cruel??????? [/quote

"i had a demo once when the bv7-40 came out and watched xmen on the inbuilt dvd and was amazed at how sharp and noise free the image was and the incredible motion detail, it left my jaw wide open and to this very day i haven't seen a tv that can compare since and at the time i saw that was when the bv7 was 50hz." This is not a criticism

"I think rPatton hit the nail on the head. People will buy what fits into their current lifestyle." Oh Sal that much abused word 'lifestyle'! Can you explain please how buying, for example, a TV, can fit in to a 'lifestyle'? Why not just say people will buy what they like?

I find it impossible to enter an exact frequency having to go the best whole number frequency each side of the point five! The reason I referred to the US is that I know some models of US car radios couldn't

I have been trying to tune in some FM frequencies on a Beomaster 4500. Am I correct in thinking that it is not possible tune in 'half' or 'point 5' frequencies, for example 95.5? I has to be 95 or 96. If this is so, I find it strange as, being a European manufacturer, these 'in between' frequencies are widely used. I believe
Got it up and running successfully! Many thanks to you both for the info and links. Simon.
Glad to hear it Simon. The references to the football however got me thinking. Whereas if I had HD, football (and sport!) would be the last thing I'd be interested in watching, both my son & son-in-law have

Hi Simon, definitely YES! On my last visit to the UK I tuned in my son's box to get the ITV HD channel in 'other channels'. He has watched football in HD on it. It only works on those boxes that have received the new EPG. His box (Pace) has, whereas my son-in-law's Amstrad hasn't yet and therefore he can't get it.
