The problem with Beovisions are that they get to old to quickly. I see the '80s Beovisions in thrift shops in the city I'm living in not costing alot. I can remember the time (late '80s) when it was hard to find secondhand tv's for computer use. If working these tv's could be great for kidrooms etc. My AV9000 is from 1998. It's

A full Beolab 8000 system is really a great looking design. Beosystem 6000 in white with Beovox S120 and Beovox S80.2 complete with SC60 stand is also timeless. Beosystem 6500 does look modern and cool. I'm the owner of the above and it's to hard to pick one.

I was wondering what you think of the Master Control Panels for the 5000/5500/6500 systems. Good? To big? Clumsy? Do you even use it? I got a 6500 and it stays on top of the system as a Beo4/Beolink 1000 is way more easy for everyday use. Does anyone have a spare hinge for a 6500? Acording to the dealer: 3030071 is not aviable anymore here in Denmark

Very good question. What remote are you using at the moment? If you can control it with a Beolink 1000 then a Beo4 should be able to work. The one thing that I'm sure about is that the VHS 91.2 is able to work with a Beolink 1000. The sure thing is to update the Beovision to LX range and then there would be no problem.

My Beo4 is the MkII version with DVD, V tape and A tape buttons. I just tried to see if Phono was aviable. It was not so I hit standby and list. Then found Phono on the AD list. I do plan on getting a Beogram 6500 at some point. Thank you for the tip. When it's linked its really great to use the functions. I'm planing a few link rooms and at

I got a Beo4 with my Beosystem 6500. It controls the system as well as a Beolink 1000. The things you can't adjust with a Beo4 or Beolink 1000 is the timer settings. It's more simple to use a Beolink 1000 for sound adjustment like bass, treble and loudness. I got a MCP6500 and I adjusted the radio stations with that. For everyday use I do use

I reminder the day that I first heard S.O.D Speak English or Die back in 1989/90. Just found the cd today and it's still a classic heavy record indeed. The Beosystem 6500 handles it well.

Best: Beogram 8002 Worst: Beovox X35 Secondhand B&O. So far it works great!

Deadly form of the Beovirus. No treatment centres as yet. Comes with ownership. You have been warned!

AC/DC VOLTS with Bon Scott From the Bondi lifesaver Boxset. This time the CDX and Beolab 8000 system handles the playing.
