I am pretty happy with my BV7-32. My viewing distance is relatively close (2.5m) so i think it is what i need at present time. My setup is a BL7-1for center, 2 BL8000's fronts and BL4000's for rears. My next addition will be either a BL2 or a BL11. Both picture and sound quality are brilliant. Lack of HDMI ports are a headache though(solutions

I found this thread after searching. My 5 year Beo4 just today appeared to lose a line of LED's. I tried to replace batteries but no luck. Does anyone know for sure if our dealer's have spare displays and the cost of it? Here is an image of it.

On that basis we could make a top 10 (worst B&O) product list…It would be challenging also…..
Sorry DrDimitris didn't see your suggestion until after I started a new thread called 10 Worst....
No problem!
Since cars are often used as examples here I will mention a car that I think is too expensive. I would really like an Aston Martin but I honestly can't afford it. Its not that it is overpriced because they seem to be doing well. I just don't have the money for sometime like that. Maybe overpriced and not in budget
To me its just seems simple, if you don't like it, think its over priced, don't buy it. I find that the forum has become a very negative place almost anti-B&O.
I completely disagree with you. It is a very unique and friendly website for people who trully get excited with B&O products for decades

Thank you so much Keith. Your help is priceless. I will check with my dealer.

Thank you for your prompt answer Keith. How can i check the Type Number? I have found: SW Version 0.2.0.0, SW Model 0.1.1.0, HW Version 0.0.0.9, HW Model 0.1.1.0. My BV 7-32 is Type 9321 if it helps. And yes i am using the old Astra at 19 Degrees East!

Does anyone know, how the inbuilt DVB-S (Satellite Module) on Beovision7 updates its software?? As far as i know you have to be on Astra Satellite. But is it done automatically or you have to be watching a specific channel/broadcast?
i have also disabled the internal freeview module so i could assign Sky HD to DTV.
That is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy interesting! Could you be more specific please about the steps to be followed?
