If its an early Avant you could need a software update. Your dealer should have these details. This site may also have a manual to detail the STB power options if you are a Silver or Gold member. Other than that Stig or Keith or an Avant owner maybe your best options. Sorry, I can't help further - beoaus.

I think this does work in certain situations. I had a turntable connected to the Beolink Active and a pair of Beolab 4500's. No ML was connected. I started the turntable then manually turned on the Beolink active, it needed to detect the signal. Worked fine from there. I didn't use the Beo4 though. Turntable was connected via its own DIN to

I have the PC input adapter which is larger on the DIN case than another DIN to RCA connector I use on a turntable. The adapter is sealed so I can't tell what is inside. Not much help from my end sorry... I would just buy the standard B&O adapter at about $20...or get one from ebay. I'm not keen on risking the turntable or ML Active kit

Peter, You can pick one up from ebay or maybe ask a UK beoworld person to send one over. Panasonic in Australia don't know which units use the same codes, Topfield do but its a different requirement. Lintronic support the Panasonic range, so does the Pronto and a few other high end remote systems as another avenue. It maybe another avenue to check

The turntable would not stop spinning or switch off. I opened it up and found the white spindle had melted. The servo had been turning without me knowing for some days and the band was to its side. rubbing against the molten white wheel.. Looks like the wheel was loose on the spindle and the band held it, generating heat over time. The white wheel melted
