Sounds as though you have a nice system as it is. The bass effect with the BL 4000 is strong, and many on this forum have noted before that the BL 4000 is one of the more underated speakers in the BL line. I have used a BS 3200, a Plasma surround, and ML link for 8 years now using the BL 4000 as front speakers ( on an old Danish Teak cabinet supporting

Hallo Hans; The powercords can be as long as you make them. Just shield the cords accordingly, from other cables and cords to avoid interference and if AV from ghosts and TI. I have 20 M data, AV, amd ML cords running thoughout the house with never a problem experienced..

Essentially the same good points you made, but with paragraphs.

First there are HDMI to DVI adapters, but you have to actually look and see which specific type of DVI card ( DVI A, DVI-D, DVI-I, single or dual layers ) socket you have. How do you do this ? Click on the link below, which although old will help. http://www.datapro.net/techinfo/dvi_info.html Secondly, there are HDMI switch boxes for multiple HDMI devices

It was a rather expensive quote and quite involved. When the newer B&O red and black speakers arrived in Europe, I decided to buy a pair, and not take a chance with someone plugging

On a limited basis, It can be done. Using XP Media Centre, including Media Player, I have My Photos and My Videos as file folders. When I bring up Beoplayer, and click to activate My Photos, I can see and hear the video clips I have. I'm ML linked to a BS 3200 and BL 4000 system. I use the same Sony T-70 to shoot both, downloading the shots into

I upgrade manually when threads from our helpful members appear, such as this one. I download the newer version in My Downloads ( a file I created ) and just write over or upgrade the new version. Once it is launched, I reboot for both the latest Beoport and Beoplayer. It is supposed to be automatic, but it is a more clean upgrade, and old habits die

Hallo Markus; Only brainstorming, but I do know of others that had a Beoport/Beoplayer problem by not using MS IE. Vista . . . the facts speak for themselves. What a turkey.

Haven't experienced a freeze to date; Are you using Internet Explorer ?
