  • Re: Beogram 6006

I totally agree whit you on that one Peter, I have had a 6002 for some time now, and it sounds just right and is never out of order. It sounds a bit more "round" than my beogram 5005, that one got a bit more details, but that may be down to the state of the pick-up (all mmc3 though). br Chr

  • The surprising importance of antenna cables!

Hi there Recently I changed the position of my setup (got a motor stand for the mx and hung the ouverture on the wall), and hence, I needed some new cables. I took the chance and bought some semi expensive double shielded antenna cables, put the best one between the video and the tv, and WOW what a difference! much more crisp picture, more detail and

Christian: Paris: ... Or any other uni students? ... I am also a university student, economics. Welcome to BeoWorld. Why have you registret? - Do you own B&O, like B&O or some thing else? Welcome to the Forum, you will probably find that it is a big time time-consumer... , but well worth it. I am also a student of economics, Uni. of Copenhagen

  • Re: non B&O speaker options for an Ouverture

A great view in to loca prices in DK is www.dba.dk it is private sellers, so no gaurantee, just type beolab 4000 in the "Søgeord" field. There are 2 shops for used B&O in denmark: www.bbuy.dk in Copenhagen and Radio og TVeksperten in Odense ( http://www.radioogtveksperten.dk/ ). I think a beolab 2500 is about 500£ and the

  • Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEOWORLD !!

Congratulations to (us) all! One year passes quickly, the trip to Struer was indeed memorable, perhaps we should start the work for a second trip, in one year’s time? Could be a great tradition. Congratulations once again Happy wishes Christian

  • Re: non B&O speaker options for an Ouverture

Well, there are many oppinions on amps, but I would say that you should get one that matches your speakers. If you got speakers that are heavy/difficult to drive, you should get a amp with relatively much power. If not, then get whaeever suits your taste musicwise, get the seller to demonsthate it in a set up that looks like yours. If you choose to

  • Re: non B&O speaker options for an Ouverture

I use one of these so that my Rega amp turn on when i turn the Ouverture on: http://www.av-cables.dk/stroemkabel/elspareskinne/tv_elspareskinne_med_masterstik_1850_da.html it turns on the sockets then the power drawn from the triggersocket (ouverture) rises above 10 w. It works perfectly. br Chr
