The Beocentre 1 uses a STB-C which is a physical chip. This chip can be replaced by the dealer to support the Humax STB

As stated your configuration is not reversible from your Beo5 The configuration is held in a configuration file called " Configuration.xml " and is located in directory:- C:\Bang & Olufsen\Beo5 Configuration Tool\Clients\ SERIALNUMBER \Configuration.xml Where SERIALNUMBER is the serial number of your Beo5 and is 8 digits long.

You can control your Thomson SkyHD box DIRECTLY from the Beo5 provided you have the Beo5 programmed with the associated XML file.

The Pace DS830NS HD uses XMP1 protocol which stands for "eXtensible Multimedia Protocol".
