Bail - not ball. Anyone knows that the ball will be too big! The fine indentations on the bail will allow any discerning gentleman to determine accurately the size of any imperfection!.

Best FM aerial would be an external one and the powered B&O AM aerial is pretty good as well.

I use N.Music with my MCL2 system via a BC2. Works perfectly. An iPod Touch means that I still have two way control as well!

The CD50 behaves like a record player so the answer is no. However the Datalink pin is superfluous in this situation as you will be using the CD50 remote. Take the pin out!

It does have the benefit of filtering the lowest frequencies away from the 8000s which actually improves their sound. But of course they will work fine alone.

Don't think popularity is the issue - more a printing problem! Tim hasn't got one himself yet! If you look on Amazon, there are two new ones and a second hand one for sale!!!!! Doesn't seem completely likely somehow!

I have both and prefer my CDX. Much easier to use as it has lots of controls though the CD50 remote would trump that. How hard is it to get up between CDs?
