Been digging around - remote manuals sometimes are included in other product service sheets. However nothing doing. I think you may be right.

Pretend the AV5 is an Avant - it uses the same codes! The Century uses the same codes as an Ouverture - that is how I worked that! I did all this and added every device I had - probably silly as I rarely take remotes out of one room. The expert on third party control is Keith!

Dave: *bites nails* B&o needs to take note of these understandable and valid user opinions. We would have been better off with a new product that they do best, a sub woofer with the competence of the BL5's bass reproduction... just a thought. B&o should employ you as a serious focus group, you should be paid for this brainstorming you all

propaganda: plagente: Many B&O potential customers for the BS5 will go to Apple. Question of functionalities and costs. Buy an Apple TV and keep your money for the Beolab 5. Perhaps true, how sad.... Of course the same applies in many walks of life. Why buy a Ferrari when you can buy can buy a Fiat after all they do more or less exactly the same

I have long realised that this 'gentleman' has decided just to keep mine so I offer you the dock - send me your address by PM and I will post it.

The biggest market for B&O is probably Denmark and Germany. German eBay is usually very busy so just monitor it.

Lee is wearing well - I would never have guessed!

The problem I have is that I can already do everything the BS5 can do with by 5 year old PowerMac with a Beoport and an iPod Touch. To be frank, it seems better built - nice aluminium body and staggeringly neat layout inside - PC users would be shocked! - it is regularly upgraded on line and the help desk via Apple Care kept it running under an unassailable

I would have the BV9 and an external Blu-ray player which no doubt will work with a Beo5. As far as moving the set, that is what removal men are paid for! And insured for! The BV9 is just the best set you can get. Best B&O picture and a stunning design. Not that enthused about the BV7 or LCD sets in general. In my opinion, no contest.

Sounds like multimedia Robert has the answer to that one. May be something a little loose from transit.
