Some more info. When i set my PS3 or PC to 24p, and opens the customer service menu, looks under "signal information", the vfreq is 24hz(23,99 or something), and the panel output is 48hz. I then took my PS3 to my dealer today, an hooked it up to a tv like mine, same SW/Panel/everything, but the dealer tv showed that the output hz was 60hz

moxxey: Weebyx: Hi, i have just received a new tv from the dealer because the old one made a lot of noise, and had weird colors. This new set is much quieter.. Much quieter? I can't hear my BV7-40 MKIII at all! I'm assuming you must mean the fans in the back of the TV? With sw 4.24, panning is much improved, but definitely far from smooth. I

  • BV7 40 MKIII / SW 4.24 problem

Hi, i have just received a new tv from the dealer because the old one made a lot of noise, and had weird colors. This new set is much quieter and the colors are perfect. Also i have had the tv updated to the latest 4.24 SW. But here is the drawback. When i am watching a Blu-ray on my PS3, and the 24p option is set to automatic, then it is almost as

seanklemis: anyone had PS3 or the song puc added to there list so i can ask there dealer how it is done as i know the puc list overwrites the current list in the TV so i cannot think why its not in the latest list? The PUC is just called Sony Playstation 3, and the list in your tv does not include ALL the boxes B&O supports, there are more than

  • Re: BV7 32 Any Known Issues

timhanna: Apparently the BV7 40 has issues with a white flash etc etc, does this apply to the 32 as well? Also, does the 32 have the patch for 24P thing? Thanks The biggest issue with the BV7-32 is that it is not based on the Beosystem3, so it has no HDMI inputs, only one DVI. I was the owner of the BV7-32 before my 7-40, and there is no comparison

  • Re: Who experiences "humming" noise on BV7-40 MKIII ?

damatt: My TV is on a floorstand (from B&O). You could be right, maybe the humming is bounced of the wall. Isn't there a possibility to test the TV when it's not on the wall. Maybe your dealer can test it with a table, floor or service stand. When i first got the tv and noticed the noise, i got a replacement and it also made the noise when

damatt: I also hear a humming noise when the backlighting of the LCD-screen (LTA400HS-LH2) is on. I tested it by turning on the radio or playing a CD in the internal DVD player (screen is off) and then pressed [MENU] on the Beo4 so that the backlighting switches on to display the TV-menu. But I can only hear it when the room is totally silent, the volume

  • Who experiences "humming" noise on BV7-40 MKIII ?

Hi, as i wrote in an earlier post, i am having some problems with my 7-40 MKIII. It has a noticably hunning noice when showing dark pictures, i can make the noise go away by switching "Adaptive Black" off, and turning the contrast up 2-3 tics. Today my dealer came for the tv, and is sending it to Struer as a waranty case, i am not happy with
