  • Re: BL4000 with red cover

Hi Beofab Yes you can! There are three coloured sections, upper, lower and front. The front is a machined piece which unscrews and the upper and lower are bonded on - You have to damage these to get them off as they are bonded on with strong adhesive tape. Hope this helps.

  • Re: CCTV integration with Link System

You should just be able to wires the CCTV into an input on the aerial distribution amp in the loft then tune channel 6 or whatever into the TV's around the house. You might need a modulator, it depends on the CCTV system and aeriel distribution amplifier! Hope this helps!

Most of my favs are recorded on CD-R from LP, MP3 format or come from CD format. Here are one of my favorites songs : OLD SCHOOL RULES - Firefly "You Can Lead Me" 1984 : LP to Tape

  • Re: Beovision 7 Mk 3 40 inch serial number

The software will be updated using the service tool. You will need access to the rear of the TV for this so it will have to come off anyway. I can't see why he requires the s/n because it should be selected from the software on the engineers laptop. Having said that, the serial number will be 8 digits long (iirc) and can definitely be found under

  • Anyone in the UK want to service my Beomaster 6000 (80s)

As above really - It's in daily use but it is not in full working order as I'd like it to be... It's been faulty for a while but I have lived with it! Faults are as follows - - The amplifier trips out when the volume level reaches around 35-40 - The volume adjustment is sticky, so I have to open it up and move the pulley by hand - There

  • Re: B&O at the movies / TV

Ripley's Game (2002) Loads of B&O in John Malkovitch/Tom Ripley's Mansion... Also what looks like a Beovision 7702 or similar in his less-wealthy neighbour's home (which is unfortunately witness to a very violent kidnap/shooting scene!)... Apologies if this one has already been mentioned!
