I'm not bothered by it. However, music that I've re-ripped into WMA lossless plays without gaps.

I concur that what you experienced is unacceptable customer service. I, too, have encountered this recent attitude from "Beo(doesn't)Care" referring me back to the dealer. My dealer is fantastic, but I don't expect the dealer to have the level of technical knowledge that I would expect from BeoCare. Was your experience in the U.S.

I absolutely love my BeoSound 5 and can't imagining being without it. It truly has re-acquainted me with some great music in my library that I haven't listened to in years. Besides the MOTS functionality, the interface really makes a large digital music library very accessible. I will say, however, that you could be pretty unsatisfied if your

Actually, a recent appellate court ruling has hit a huge blow at Kaleidescape's exception of legality.

Kaleidescape is in the PUC; however, there is a very reasonably priced alternative: the Tvix 6500A. This is also in the PUC and is a fraction of the cost.

Trip, What's your opinion of the Tvix 6500, which B&O recommends for managing video libraries?

The Samsung blu-ray player that I have does not have netflix. However, I have played streaming netflix via the Xbox 360 on my BeoSystem 1 and the quality is really pretty horrible. Nothing at all like the high quality of AppleTV. My new BeoSystem 3 has the Playstation 3 in the PUC and controls it perfectly. For the BeoSystem 1, however, I had to use

I just read your other thread. It sounds like you've done a thorough job of troubleshooting and trying everything. I just read today about the PS3 enabling NetFlix streaming: http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/news/show/PlayStation_3/Netflix/Streaming_Content/Sony_Adds_Netflix_Streaming_To_PlayStation_3/3668 I also have the PS3 and think it's a
