Hi Dan, and welcome to Beoworld! Have you modified the audio settings in the BV7? When audio comes via digital connection, you have to modify the Connections menu to A1, A2, A3 or A4. Hope this helps.

What I have seen in the pricelist and I think you will need is the part n. 2177. It's a piece to place the BL4 in the ceiling, 25 € each one. Cheers

Have you tested the older ones? Maybe they have the P.Mute function.

Hi Razlaw My Beo4 is not new at all, and P.Mute can be added in the functions list. You have to press Standby+List at the same time. You will see Add? in the screen. Press Go and List till P.Mute appears in the screen. Press Go and P.Mute function will be added in your Beo4. And yes, P.Mute works with a BV7 Mk3. Cheers
