I have used IRED as well. I took me half day to set it up initially, spend probably another 2 days on refinements. I could not get fast scrolling through lists to work, not sure if that was improved in later releases. That was possible with Lintronik, however you need windows to program that. I am using today my BV8 to control my mac/apple tv. Cheers

>>Bang & Olufsen NA is doing just fine. My first system was purchased at Neiman Marcus in the 80's when B&O didn't have any of their own stores<< It is not where the stores are. Ask Trip English who recently said he doesn't need a store he lives of the larger installations. Being a luxury brand I would expect they do

I think that is true. Personally I wouldn't buy it if I wouldn't have grown up with it and have that emotional connection. They have a spotty product portfolio and most of their stores are too far away as being perceived as "luxury". They just don't seem to have the muscle to crack the US even though the presence in some "design"

It almost certainly will. I believe it's 375 plus 8% tax or something like this. I would just email or call a dealer so that he orders one for you.

I would say the hottest country must be the US right now due to the weak $. Just note that we do not include sales prices within our quoted prices which depending on the country may be another 20% ..... shipment cost should make up very little of the differences ... I think currency fluctuation is a big one and what a market can bear. A 25000 Euro TV

Can we get this locked. Please.

I wouldn't think it matters to members, at least it doesn't to me. The advertising is so in obstructive I couldn't even list all sponsors if I had to at gun point. JK

You need the BS4000 as an audio master I am afraid to drive the link speakers. Its not a simple adapter cable to connect to the Link speakers. I would just connect the Sonos to the AUx on the BS4000 (not 100% sure though if that is available via Link) There was at some point a company mentioned that could modify the BS3500 to pick up a power link signal
-
The BL2000 is Master Link only, it doesnt have a powerlink plus it is not in production anymore. For the BL3500 you had the same situation, however I know they made a change so that you could use the B&O wireless system and if I recall correct they added an aux but I doubt that you can use that either. Why would you not want to use normal Labs?

>>As we don't have scart interfaces here in North America, the connectivity might be different here. I guess I will have to go and find out.<< I have way less connected but am in NA. They have plenty of scart adapters available. When looking at the BV8 32 just be aware that you only have the HDMI and component port for high def signal
