Is there an alternative for better audio sound? When I touch a metal part of 3.5 mm jack, I hear a strange sound from the BS 1. Sometimes, one channel does not work. Please help. I checked

I bought BeoSound 1 and another one Beo 4. BeoSound 2 and PC are plugged in BS 1. Great sound for our study room. Best regards Alen
