If the headphones are working in stereo, that is a good sign! I take it neither speaker 1 or 2 are working on one channel. This would suggest to be that you have one side switching on the protection circuit when a load is put across it. Probably an individual component failure - capacitors or variable resistor in the power amplifier board. You will

Shouldn't be too bad in the US though I agree that shipping them abroad would be ridiculous! However if someone really wants them, they will need to pay it, not you! The trumpet stands really are very sought after and they pack down to a very small size! U70s are not that valuable and all have no covers now. I did get a pair with the leatherette

The 4705 is very difficult to get working properly and the three head design was tricky to set up. The 4715 has the same basic mechanism - the only full B&O design - but is more likely to actually work. A friend of mine wishes to get a Virgin V+ box working with his Avant DVD. He was originally told by B&O that this was possible and made the necessary arrangements but has just been told that the Avant does not have the software for this device. Is this true? I seem to remember that the Pace NTL codes worked for Virgin but is that just an older

Changed the typo on Beoworld anyway!! And Graham is quite right - the 9300 is 2500 based.

For films, the BL2 is fantastic - I think getting one will be far more useful that rear speakers. For music, the BL2 is less impressive. The sound is just not quite right - I prefer switching it off when just listening to music, or more accurately, using another system!
