PL212: That, specifically, is a photo of a 2300 DAB which was for sale at bbuy.dk in Copenhagen. I know because they kindly allowed me to photograph it. :) How much did it sell for?

Mini jack to 2 powerlink though you will need to see your dealer to make sure this is available. I use BL3s with my PowerMac and the soundcard is fine. I do use a Beoport though as it allows me to pipe the music to the rest of the house as well. Not very expensive and allows control of iTunes with a Beo4.

Are you in the US? In the EU version of the BC2, one would attach the BC2 to the BS1 via a Scart lead which has all the sound, video and control signals in it. How are you getting the video signals from the BC2 switch unit to the BS1 as Masterlink only carries sound? I can dig out the US manuals if necessary.

Should it be option link 6?

The price at Amazon has varied - been down to about £15 but back up at present. My ordered copy arrived on Monday.

Ypu can set one of the DVD players as DVD2 if you have the capability - not sure the Beosystem 1 allows this though. Otherwise, set the BC2 as a V.Tape - mine is attached to an Avant DVD and is configured as V.Tape 2 as I have a V8000 as well. It is set to Option 0 with the Avant being Option 2 and having the speakers to it. All functions work.

The only reason to have one at present is to stop relaying Windows viruses via email. I did have one installed but I have let it lapse. If you have Windows installed via Bootcamp, you need anti-virus - I suggest AVG.

This is one of the systems that collectors go for. The Beomaster 5000 is just a tuner so you need the Beolab 5000 amplifier as well. The speakers are excellent for their time but are not small. The Beovox 2500s are part of the set up. Remember that these are old now and will need servicing which will be expensive if done properly. Should you get one

Set the one you will use the least to Option 4 if you can. You then need to press LINK before a command. Or get a Beomaster 5000 - very cheap and excellent amplifier and lots of RCA inputs! Uses different codes as suggested.

Sounds like a component failure in the power supply. Unless you are experienced in fixing TVs, a call to an engineer seems in order. If you are lucky, it could be a cheap component!
