you could try a medium heat clothes iron with aq damp pot towel over the scratch, the steam generated swells the wood fibres then very find sand and wax Surface finish could be waxed danish oil! tony

May have one to move on in the near future - its a 4002 on a wall motorised wall bracket with an underslung shelf to carry a dvd/vcr/satellite box - if you have the previous link to the trunking re the panels there is a pic of it on the wall - I am thinking of moving to a bv6-26 etc pm me if interested tony
