  • Re: Surround sound without B&O tv

Not sure that the internal Loewe DTS kits are what you are after. The kits really are suited to connection to the Loewe sound system. Stores that sell Loewe also provide other brands and know how to connect to them. Here one store understand's B&O sound systems. ..They started by providing pre-amp and project turntables to those B&O people

Speak to the Loewe installer, if you can get hold of him he would be the one to talk with. They maybe able to solve the problem for you. Here a number of B&O speaker systems ended up with Loewe TV's (and others) and DTS systems especially prior to the release of the BS3. I say no more.

wtlc2zpx: If you just have 1 set, set it to option 4, so it reacts only to link commands. There is a way to set your remote to only sent link commands as well. p. I have multiple rooms with B&O equipment so I'm not sure if that would work and some of the Beo4's have the old software.

Yes! I have big windows but he is not home much. He can point at me though I could not effect him. I'd have to point at his apartment over my shoulder and there is a wall between his equipment and mine. He could simply wave towards the window near his couch into our place or from his office etc... Come to think about us its lucky we have a little

  • Neighbour with B&O

I have a neighbour that can obviously control our system with his Beo4 remote. Is there anyway I can stop this happening, its really only started with the BV7-40, before that we had no problems at all.? beoaus

Do the << and >> functions work, or is that what you mean? Should move the arm about 8mm in either direction. If it does not work then its just start and stop. There is a B&O tech tip or like on this which also references the later systems. beoaus.

  • Re: Beogram 8002 'vs Beogram 8000

Soundwise the 8002 does seem to get the edge in my opinion and it has less crackles and pops. Yes the platter is different, so are some of the electronic's, the taco. Both had the remote control option and are weighty. There is probably more. Is the cartridge that different betwwen the MM20CL and the MMC2? A lot of the 8000's were trashed until
