Can't help you out. My DVI cable is 5 meters in length. But double check if it's a DVI fully wired cable. At first I thougt my Mac Mini or the BV7 should be faulty. But in the end (after 2 years) i figured out that I needed a specific type of DVI cable. Now it works perfectly. I'm catching up on the series LOST and HEROES on www.MySeries

Can't read a word of what you are writing, but I guess you have some trouble connecting a PC to the BV7. From my experience I can advise you to use the correct DVI cable, and it should be DVI on both ends. If the PC has a monitor connector you will loose some information that can have a negative effect on the image projected on the BV7. The cable

I use a Philips PhotoFrame. It's located on the side table in our livingroom. If the Toshiba will deliver the same quality picture then I'm sure it will be a hit. In the early days of Beoworld I had Neo - Matrix - as Avatar. When our son was born the Neo avatar was replaced by our sons picture. Since then I'm updating the picture from time to time. No serious B&O purchases planned at the moment. I'm more then happy with my family.

brendon: Coolskin Is there a way to do this with Beo4 though? It should do this automatically. It did so on my system. But as you've read on the thread, I now use the older version of BM-Link. So no BM-Link 1.5 for me now. Maybe when I upgrade the mac mini in the future that I will consider to use the latest BM-Link version.

obe: imo the bs3200 is for the lazy user (like me :-) who does not want to bother about the size of free memory until it is running out. I double that. A happy Beosound 3200 user (from the early days...) Now 120 CD's on track, still 276 to go.
