Actually all B&O Powerlink cables have been replaced with a new type. The new Power Link cables are double-shielded Ø5.5 mm cables. The problem you are seeing is nothing to do with the configuration Tool, but could have several causes:- It could be:- The Beo5 has had a hardware failure which is best tested by creating a very simple configuration with a couple of standard channel logos and downloading it. If the channel logos display without a problem, then it is clearly not a hardware

In the Configuration Tool click on the tab " Create Zones " then right click on the zone you wish to remove, then left click on " Remove Zone "

The simple answer is NO. If the button is faulty which is quite common, then there is no other way to get to the menu other than getting the faulty button fixed.
