While the stain was drying, I cleaned up a bit the area the Beosystem will go, including banishing the Klipsch kg2's from the area. After an hour or so, I flipped the table over and gave the top and the legs a second coat of stain.

Once all four legs were attached, I gave them a first coat of stain. I also gave the underside of the tabletop a second coating of stain.

The trim around the window in the garage is at about 4 feet, so I wanted the system to be under that. With legs cut at 39", the stand will be 40.5" tall. I had two 2x4's left from the bunk bed project, so they became the legs. After sanding them a bit (first time in my life I ever sanded a 2x4), I attached them with some corner braces
