I've been following CES via engadget and can't help but to notice this 3D TV is almost out of control! Seems to be a huge variety of different types of technology incorporated in these TVs, glasses that need to be worn, etc. I've never been a fan of the 3D movies that come out in the US, and wonder if this is really going to catch on or

I think they are for sale in the US although I don't have a local dealer. I was about to purchase some BL8000s on ebay and the seller said: "Have you seen the wall stands for the 8000's? Pretty cool. They quoted me $550 (US) for the pair. " So, that must be the same as what you have there. I think the 8000s look strange on the wall

Here's some late breaking news from Engadget, a new computer with B&O speakers! I wonder what else CES will bring? The new subwoofer? http://www.engadget.com/2010/01/05/asus-nx90jq-is-bang-and-olufsen-designed-has-a-dual-turntable-tou/#comments

As someone suggested above get the in-line attenuator!!! Also, you can control volume from itunes or the itouch (app is called "remote" and is a free download....beautiful!). However, the volume is changed for all the speakers at once, you can't control the volume for each individual speaker AFAIK.

Paypal is mainly advertising itself as having the buyer/seller protection for purchases on ebay. Outside of that it is not clear at all.

I recently purchased a 9500 off ebay and the seller had it packaged very nicely. He wrapped the unit especially the panels in TIGHT thin bubble wrap many times. Then he double boxed the unit. Arrived in spectacular condition.

You only have one AUX socket, so that can either be an input or an output. If you are using it as an input from your ipod, you can't simultaneously output it. If the AUX socket is free you can output the sound via a DIN to RCA cable, which would let you use the overture as a CD/TAPE/Radio player and feed it in to the surround.

One problem if you are using B&O speakers with a non-B&O preamp, is that if you have surround channel speakers they will click on and off as they receive the signal. If you are just running stereo speakers that should be fine.
