There seems to be more confusion than usual with dealers in terms of new products - I was told last week by my dealer (Knightsbridge main dealer) that the BC7-55 would be out by Sept of this year and the BV9 would stop being produced by Nov of this year (view is that the BV7-55 would wipe it out). Can anyone shed some

Hi chaps... lost my mobile earlier today which I usually use as my alarm clock. Hence, need to find an alternative. The BeoSound 3 sounds like a good one! Can someone please remind me how to set the alarm on it for 7am tomorrow morning, SD card or Radio I don't mind. The manual is at my Mum's house which is 200 miles away! Thanks, Simon.

LOL! Great question! I have been strugglin with this very point myself since recently buying a Serene. I didn't realise until it was too late that it integrates the opposite way to what I initally thought! In other words, the BeoCom 6000 phonebook overwrites the Serene entries, NOT the other way round! As a result, I lost half my contacts! Nevermind

I hope the rumour about the OLED TV is true because I'd buy it straight away - the picture quality is seriously impressive! But I suspect as many others have said that it is far too early for this to be the case, at least from what I have read. Simon.
hi, its a shame, i really love the serene... all i wished was that they didnt have the word samsung written on it! I particularly loved how it integrates into a pstn phone network and its simplicity... ive been thinking of getting a blackberry/iphone for quite some time now, but since i cant find a use for my serene
Same here, I want to know this info too. I also want my dealer to contact me to say they have this fix. So far, no pro-active contact. If they don't bother, I hope they realise I'm unlikely to buy kit from them, soon.
Could that be a subtle hint to anyone reading the forums who might know who your/our

I'll give you the 100 pence and that'll have to include postage! I suspect Andy's offer may well be one to clinch very quickly! Simon.

I followed the original thread too with great interest and I am grateful you discovered this fault and brought it to our attention as it will undoubtedly affect a great many BeoSound 9000 owners. I only bought mine last year, and it was new, so almost certainly it will require an update as soon as B&O release one. All the best and very well done

I am still lost. What would someone use it for?

Cheers to you both. Another little product for my Beo collection I think. Lee, if you're reading I'll go for the 1100 so if you get one in mint condition let me know and I'll have it. Cheers, Simon.
