Thanks for your reply , The 7000 was happily sitting in my livingroom , from early 2010 after being bought from ebay/ i did all calibrations , to be sure it was in working order and would not damage the speakers. it worked normally , then a remote ir-sensor was added to the system and the unit modified accordingly . this worked as it should ( it is

Forum , my partly restored BM7000 refuses to respond to any of my remotes every now and then................................ i have a BL 1000 , 5000 and 7000 all give the same result so i assume it is the BM rather than anything else . If i manually switch on the BM , most of the times the remotes will work again. any info which might help me to replace

i have tried removing the bl7000 from the room , but the problem with the bl5000 remains. so i assume it would be a bl5000 problem . it looks like it needs to be woken-up ...................... nitro2

Hi forum , I have a bl5000 which has a irregular communication problem . Sometimes it is not possible to switch my bm7000 on , the only way to get the bl5000 to communicate again , is the use of another remote and then watch the bl5000 display to see if it cicks in......... Is this problem also caused by a capacitor issue like in the bl7000 ??? If it

timer off , was active. now there is no active message on the frontpanel , and it looks like everything is working !! THANKS nitro2

I finally managed to get the bm7000 programmed to wake me up in the morning and NOT let the unit play whole day. ( --> finally got a remote control to do it ). BUT ,........................... there is no sound !! The unit switches on at the right time , and switches off at the set-time but all in silence What am i doing wrong here ????? any help

No prob , In one of my topics i got several very nice pictures from friendly forum users , maybe you can locate the faulty component there. my bl7000 manual has only very blurry prictures in it , which are not of such a great help if you are willing to component-repair. If you open up the unit there is a fuse on the bottom board which app. has survived
