No its only one speaker.But you can't buy it on its own it attached to the back cover so you need to order a Top handset i which ever colour you have.Tony

Sorry ken that the code for the mrk2 Yours is a mrk1 type 9#9#9*dot button 7 then move the wheel to say bs sw version

Type 9#9#9*int the phone will then say hs sw version,move the wheel clockwises to say bs sw version then press the ok button thats the one in the middle .the top number should read 2.50 if not the base will need a software update.

Its a old software.plan and simple.

Before you get the kit you need to make sure you have 2.5 software in your base/pstn otherwise the kit is a waste of time.

wirralsimon is right about the filter with virgin,but you may have taken the filter with you when you moved.IT wont be the phone or the pstn it its a line problem.Make sure the phone line is a b&o line lead and its not been mixed up with a non b&o lead when you moved house.Tony

Don't buy any batteries yet,get a meter on the battery pins to see what volts are there.My guess would be water damage to the main pcb.Tony beocom engineer

You may need broadband filter on all your phone socket,if you all ready have them make sure you have not plugged the telephone line lead straight into the filter.Tony, beo com engineer.
