Hi, I don't think you can do it. Beoport has to have a beomaster in the link ie a beosound 3000, 3200 or 9000 Also i think the lab3500 has to have the latest software installed ( not an expensive upgrade) there is one other option and that's a company in France that sells a kit that makes a lab3500 into a powerlink unit (it's about 200 euros

Guys, Some advice from the Beosystem 2 experts out there please. I'm trying to find out the latest software available for my MK III unit. Going into the set-up menu gives the details below, anyone able to advise on update ? What I really want to know is, having looked at the STB's that appear in the list other than Sky and Sky+ I dont recognise

hi, Should be no problem I have 2 PC Office units (now called Beoport) working and both are on XP machines. Make sure you have downloaded the latest Beoport software from the B&O website and go through the installation procedure. A tip would be to make sure you do not make the USB connection until you are told to. If you need anymore help then post

Hi, Never really have understood about codec's etc, but my question to you guys is:- where do you find the codec's ? And once you have downloaded them. Where do you put them in your system so that Beoplayer can use them ? Any help / advice would be appreciated Best regards

Rickc, from beoplayer choose SETUP - CONFIG - click the NMusic TAB from the button SCOPE change the setting from ALL GROUPS to SINGLE GROUP that will make beoplayer only play a random selection from the playlist you have chosen not all your playlists. Regards Richard

I have an IR receiver connected so it's not that one. The headphone socket is on the other side of the box all on its own. If you look at the installation instructions it shows the stiker in the diagram. Regards Richard

On the side of my Beoport Box there is a small black sticker covering a hole ! is there a connection behind it and if so what does it do ? I don't want to peel of the sticker on mine as I only got it in December so it's under warranty for 4 years and doing that might void the warranty. I would like to connect a set of speakers to the box but
