Hang on. Mine is 9333 so it should be MKIII? But my BV7-32 only has 1 DVI input making it MKII? I am confused now.

Hi Dario, A B&O technician did that for me. It was a fault with the circuit board. He used a special tool (to avoid scratching?) to peel open the crescent shape black plastic cover behind the acoustic lens and then after that a couple of screws. Vic

Thanks Keith. I feel much more protected now with a 3A fuse. Vic

Thanks all. Silly me (or lazy me), could have worked it out with Ohms Law. I think I will put back a 3A fuse and see how it goes. Thanks again for the tips. Vic

Yes, I know things do go wrong but I expect better quality control from B&O. BTW the maintanence guy initially said I had to wait for parts but they managed to get the circuit boards by courier and fixed the speaker this morning. I am a happy man again. I even got some pictures of my Beolab 9 without the 'jacket'.

Hi all, I have just recently (less than 2 months ago) bought a pair of BL 9 to go with my BeoVision 7. I have been using those for TV/Movies and never turned on the volume too high. Last Sunday I noticed that something was not right when I switched on the TV and found that the left hand speaker was not working! Even the red standby light was not on

How do I know which software version I am on and will I be able to carry out the upgrade myself? Thanks.
