Hi - i picked up an MX4000 (late 90s model i think) yesterday complete with motor stand and am very happy with it. The only problem i have is that it was supplied with a Beolink 1000 (mk2 model? - it has the 'light' button) instead of the Beo4 as specified in the manual - i can't really complain as i got the tv very cheaply and it is immaculate

well guys - yesterday i managed to win an auction on ebay for an MX4000 (green cover, aparently - is this rare? I think i'd prefer black or white so i may change it). I got it very cheaply as it was listed badly. Unfortunately it will be a long drive to Nottingham to pick it up from home (i live near Glasgow). The auction includes the motorised

hi Michael, what button combination on your remote are you pressing to access the PS2? when i had my MX3000 i remember you had to first select video on the remote and then use shift v-tape (or something similar) to access the scart socket? I'm sure someone else here will give a better explanation.

We do not have sky just the inbuilt DVT in a samsung plasma in the lounge. think an Avant DVD will be out of my price range but i do quite fancy an MX 4000 or possibly if funds allow, a lower spec Avant. shame about not being

a piece of advice if you are fixing it to the wall - make sure that the glass panels on the 3500 units are still firmly attached to the unit as they are held on by double sided tape from the factory and this usually loses stickiness over time which means that the glass falls out and if you are very unlucky smashes on the floor! I had this problem with

hi again, After getting some great advice from you all on how to install my MCL 2A xtra speaker kit i managed to get everything working at the weekend. (will take some photos to show you all soon) the install went really well and all the wires are hidden from view. I decided to go with flush fit non B&O ceiling speakers which are more agreeable
