Hello, I would go for the BeoVox 1 as it is indeed designed for such enviornments because it has no in-built power, it also would hide well unlike beolab 4. Have you heard the BeoVox 1 ? If not go into your local showroom and try both out, you may be surprised at what you hear ! :D TG

Hello I am going to purchase a Beosound 3000 (Large Clamper) in the near future but i probably won't have enough money to buy Beolabs and so i was going to use my existing speaker set. The connection to my speakers is a Mine jack- Mini jack cable so that would mean that i would have to use the mini jack on the front ? I was just wondering if there

Jay, Just wondering why you have questioned whether he smokes, because B&O do rigourous testing on the effects of smoke on their products so i would not have thought that would affect it in any way. TG
