They are in the back behind the cover where all other sockets (SCARTs, etc.) are, right above the DVI-input socket.

Could it be that you are supposed to use 3 sockets for component video (Y-Pb-Pr) and 2 sockets for analogue audio input?

Is anyone familiar with the new Denon D7000 headphones? They are in the price range of Grado GS1000. http://www.denon.co.uk/site/datadir/pdf/pi/AH-D7000.pdf

I would consider the 5500 system in terms of specs. BC9300 is in fact a BC2500/Ouverture in flat design. Especially if you want to use the tape, it is inferior to the previous systems. BC9500 would be a better option in this respect. In terms of price, I would look at EUR 500-700, depending on condition.

As someone who has BL3, BL8000 and BL6000 I can tell you that BL3 will be completely wasted as rear speakers. And I agree with Alex that BL6000 sound will hit mainly the back of a sofa and not your ears (certainly depends on the design of your sofa and and its distance from the speakers). I have the same problem with BL6000 as rear speakers because

Many thanks for the quick feedback! So, does the AUX socket of BC 9500 work both as input and output (I thought it was the sound input only)?

Hi everyone, I have an opportunity to buy a Beocenter 9500 and would like to connect it to my Beocenter 6-26 as a temporary solution until I get the dedicated speakers. How can I connect the BC 9500 so that I can hear the CD/tape output from BC 9500 through the speakers of BC 6-26? Looking at the connections scheme in the BC 9500 manual I can't
