Hi, from my experience you could try using a different powerlink cable. When my BL9 arrived, I tested it using the cables that my BL8000 came with (Mk1) and I noticed there's humming when it's on. At first I thought there's something wrong with the speakers. Then I tried using the Mk3 power link cables and the humming went away. Works flawlessly

I think not, but I'd love to be proved wrong. I couldn't figure out any way to open the door without physically pressing the button on the unit itself. The only time that it opens the door automatically is when I turn it on and there's no CD inside, it'll open the door. I remember reading before that the logic behind this (lack of button

What happens if the TV is without H/V sync? My Beosystem 1 is plugged into a Panasonic TH46 PZ800 via PC input, and the screen seem to jump up and down even though the picture is very clear (so all it does is have small vertical jumps) and I wonder if it's because of a missing H/V sync?

Thanks for all the responses guys!! I really appreciate it. Thank you for making me aware of the size of the step down transformer with sufficient voltage to power the lab 5.. I managed to call up the technician and I've been told that it will be quite expensive to have the voltage converted because a FEW parts need to be swapped out and also the

Hi all, Sorry I haven't been around for ages! But I'm now faced with a new dilemma I thought I need to seek some very wise advice from you guys ;) I'm thinking of upgrading my 8000s and BL2 to a BL5... but where I live in Australia, it's not close to a dealership at all. I did manage to listen to them personally at one dealership here

Sorry to hear that! That's so unfortunate. Hopefully you can have it repaired soon.

Hi azatty,I guess you meant your BeoCentre 2 is running through BeoSystem 1? It could be the Audio/Video Option? Do you have the 2 connected via Masterlink? Unfortunately I don't know too much about it either. Hopefully some other forum members can provide better help! Beomud
