A Very Warm Welcome to Beoworld. You don't say what TV you are talking about, but all B&O Masterlink products to be accessed to/from the Gateway must meet minimum software revision levels to work. In short, the fact you are replacing the TV with the same model may or may not work depending on software revision level.

Connecting your Beomedia and NAS to a UPS will be fine. When there is a mains power fail, you will still have to shut them down unless the power outage is say less than 30 minutes which will depend on load. All my computer equipment is connected to a large 5.5 Kilo-watt UPS

I have had a look at the PUC library entry for the Philips HDRW720 and note that there has only every been one version which was created by B&O on 27th July 2008. When looking at the details of the PUC file I can see that it is an RC6 protocol and they have made a mistake with all the commands. There are a couple of commands which get used which

Martin, Thank you for confirming which remote you have for the Technisat. I can confirm that I have made an XML file based on your remote which can be downloaded from HERE and extracted from the ZIP file as previously stated.

Based on your statement I am assuming that your Beosound 9000 is a Mark I or you could tell me the four digit Type number found behind the control panel. You need to remove teh control panel to see it. Other than the error being displayed, does

Martin, My research appears to show that this device uses Philips RC5 protocol (Carrier Frequency 36 Khz) and uses a device address of decimal 08 Is the following remote the one with your unit ?
