just checked a niggle of mine, the maxell cassette (uk version) commercial the guy posted a comment stating that the sound repro was down to a bang and olufsen system, i checked, and am i wrong? looks like a nakamichi to me. the big ugly layout and equalizer sliders kinda convinced me it wasn't b&o. but you decide, you may have to use you tube's

that makes a lot of sense. danke bitte. jason

wow vienna, thats a very comprehensive reply. even so its not made me any closer to sorting it out. my beocentre is the version where the lazer goes up and down as opposed to the meandering lazer. in fact im going to look at the servie invoice to get the details as i dont have time to wrench it from its perch and ascertain the type no/serial number

get the tv fully loaded, not only does it enhance resale value an AR screen is worth it through and through...

second that soren, i love trawling round the sally army shops, re-use centres, charity shops, you always find little gems in there, i found mint original kraftwerk 12"s "the model" and "tour de france" all for the princely sum of £0.30 each!!! i couldnt believe my luck, the cd's they sell average around £0.50
-
good decision, its one you wont regret.

Roan, do you know what i think mate, get it done at B&O, would save you a load of trouble if all goes wrong and their work is guaranteed. i think £250 plus is a small price to pay for a job well done and the peace of mind you will have for years and years afterwards. failing that get yourself a cheap beo system 2300/2500 same meat different
