Hi I think it has to do with the timer/clock funcktion try to unplug it from the mains in approx 5 minutes and plug it in again.ore change the lithium battery inside the 9300. regards jan

Hi Steve Your problem could be a burnt out laserpickup,but I think you have to measure the cap's on the mainboard( if you dont know what cap's are they are also named as electrolytic condensators) to see if some of them are shortened ore unable to charge anymore,if thats the case the voltage for the laser is too low and it cannot read the cd

Hi Graham It's not a substitute for beo4 but for Bl1000,I have seen them in a black bigger version looks better,but still the buttons are in different positions:why do you not buy a used b&0 bl1000 there are cheap these days. regards jan
