Didn't work for me either, using the same (well, renewed) Visa Credit card I used last time. I tried shuffling the first and last names around, all caps, etc... EDIT: and my Business Eurocard/Mastercard didn't work either, which on the other hand saves me from trying to come up with an explanation to the accountant
