Hi Ira Jane and welcome to Beoworld. The first thing I would do is disconnect the Base from the mains, maybe even take the batteries out of the handsets and after a few minutes, base on first then reconnect the batteries. Sometimes this resets every thing. If not, come back to us and we will take it from there. Andy T.
