  • Re: MCL problem

The thing that happend was that I looked for the MCL82 box + tranciver on a Danish site. Somebody wrote in the comment section looking for a way to contact me. I then contacted the person and he send me the picture of the 5-6 he had for sale. I did not purchase as the stuff in the picture was all there was in the deal. No covers or anything else. They

  • Re: AV9000 avec DVD intégré.

I have just emailed Ulf about this not long ago. It takes some work to do and the dvd player is the Philips 5100. This is the second email: the original front from the AV9000 VTR was not able to make a DVD. The Input of the Tape is not to build the DVD input. I’ll hope you understand. I HAVE ONLY ONE FRONT; WITCH HAS BUILD FOR COMPLETLEY NEW:

  • Re: Ok, How much is too much, in one room? Do I need professional help?

I do too allthough without stereo or surround speakers its only a great timeless design compared to my LX5500. It's got very good picture quality though.

  • Re: MCL problem

Well then its a question of what link boxes in that picture I posted. I have never had any MCL82 modules or seen the inside of a relaybox of one. One thing for certain is the trancivers. They are for the MCL82 system. The MCL30 was out at the same time. I have not yet used the IR code converter kit as I still need a remote eye and a transformer for

  • Re: MCL problem

I find the picture of the box a bit strange. If it's the old Beolink MCL82 which fits Beosystem 5000 and 8000 among others then the MCL boxes looks completly different inside. The above is the early MCL2 system called MCL82 which can be seen on the trancivers. Acording to the IR code converter manual and the Beotech site this is what should be used

  • Re: Strangest thing you have found inside a B&O

I wonder what Dillen has got to say with the amount of B&O he has had in his hands. The worst for me? A very sticky belt in a Beocord 8000.

  • Re: Sound improvment after refoaming beovox

I second that. I can recall when I got my white Beovox S80.2 last year arriving to get them. The lady present asked if I would like to hear them and I said that it did not matter as they were allready on the way to be fixed at Dillen in Copenhagen. There were typically signs of foamrot. Not that big but enough. Doing it will make the Beovoxes sounding

  • Re: Beogram 8000 issues

Welcome to Beoworld! It looks like you got a classic example of a Beogram 8000 with the typical needs for a cap kit otherwise it will be difficult to get it back in order. You need to get in touch with member Dillen here. He knows the Beogram 8000 inside out and have fixed many cases like this.

  • Re: AV 9000 power on issues

I got mine back from service as it was not working when I bought it. Several things had been gone through and they did run some tests on it with great success. So I got the monitor back. The bottom was ok. It was working great for about 5 days when it started to do the red/green standby light thing. It would shift to green and then quickly back to red
