I have a Beo5 for a year now and have used it exclusively since I got it. 2 weeks ago, I gave my Beo5 to my dealer to do a software upgrade and some reprogramming. Now I noticed how easy to use the Beo4 is. I don't really know what to do when I get my Beo5 back, but I don't think I will put the Beo4 back into the drawer.

Very interesting! I especially liked the BeoCenter 8500 episode. He seems to be a very nice and open-minded man.

The sound of the BS3 is really good. I have my BS3 for almost 3 years now, but I barely used it since I have an iPod. I have some 500GB of music, and what I wanted to listen to befor falling asleep never was on the SD-Card... I think the system with the SD-Card for music is out of date. The only think I use it for now is as an alarm clock...

Steve at Sounds Heavenly: Hmm, I see the seller is in Nottingham, just a few miles from me - I might get in touch with him and ask if I can view them "prior to bidding" to see if I can shed any more light on this. I will let you know the outcome Steve. Good luck, Sherlock!

Thanks for the pictures, Christian! I have only seen BL8000 and BL9 in white at a dealer in Vienna last week. The BL9 looks very good, but the BL8000 not at all. The white cloth doesn't match the aluminium body of the speaker and the black base IMO.

I have heard the BL9 at my dealer's with and without BL2. To me, they sound better with BL2, especially with movies. Ask your dealer to lend you a BL2 for a couple of days, so you can compare the setup at home.

Horrible! How could anyone do this to them!

Congratulations to all of us, and to Lee above all!
-
Thanks a lot! Good to know!

Great news, Lee. If you get an interview with the CEO, please ask him if he plans to do anything for the Apple-B&O compability, in terms of soft- and hardware.
