I moved my Avant in an upright position. I think you're crackers if you try and move it either screen down or lying on its back!

Don't panic Dilznik! Myself and Bentleyman are soon to retire our our cabin in the woods where we'll be holed up with some spanners, an Edison cylinder phonograph and several shotguns whilst we wait for the 78rpm revolution ;)

Oh dear. The settings on my Beomaster 8000 are: Bass +3, Treble +5 and Loudness ON. Sometimes I even switch in a Cona from the Speaker 2 outlets... Does this mean I'm cloth-eared?

Guys - calm down. The Beosound 2 is the best MP3 player ever, with the bestest ever user interface. I'm off to go sing its virtues on an Apple forum with some asbestos gloves on as I type. Can we talk about old cars again?

I'm tempted to add that the Beomaster 6000 Quad must also be a serious contender for the best B&O design.....

Pound for pound it has to be the Beomaster 8000. You get a lot of Bang for your bucks. Ba boom!
