B&O owned by Apple......I don't see how that would be progress for the B&O brand?? Apple is for the mass market, B&O isn't!! My friend just sent me a pic of the beomaster.....even though its a cell pic I think it really shows in what a wonderful condition the unit is in. I should have it by the end of next week if all goes to plan!!

Oh no!! I was going to put a bid of £150!! I didn't because I thought it would go much higher than that!! Sigh!!!!

Quick update. My friend has just collected the Beomaster for me ( I live in a different city) and he says that the unit is virtually flawless, no dents, no scratches!!! I have asked him to send me a photo when he can! All very exciting I think!!

Well I did convert the price from Rands to Pounds but at R700.00 its very cheap for me as it is extremely rare to find one here and to source one from overseas would be very expensive. I am definitely going to go for it!

I have just come across a Beomaster 6000 (see pic that seller sent to me). Everyone always ooh's and aah's over this model on the forum so I thought to myself I have to get it! From the pic it seems in very good condition plus the seller says it works perfectly. Thats the exciting bit....I have something to work with! Price is £60. Thats

Gosh makes me feel bad....I have a mint Beomaster 4400 lying in a cupboard!! I should make an effort and use it occassionally.

The tweeter on the far right speaker is missing its black metal cover. Exactly the same tweeters!!!
