Justin: Anyway, I changed to Com6000s - maybe its the different phone thing that the phones all connect to, but the 6000s are fine. well, in all honesty -i have done the same. i have a full 6000 network and it is excellent. the bc4 and my old 1400-a/v will be going on the block...

Chrisreunion: Apart from that, I wish the BeoCom had a more stable base (maybe heavier or with some kind of adhesive), because very often people drop the phone and/or the base when taking the handset. that i agree with -very "flimsy"! -makes it feel like a $20 phone... and may likely have something to do w/ the charging issue if it is not

i have a harmony 880 -the best a/v purchase i ever made! after some tweaking up front -it is flawless. i would do some research though -they have limited beo functionality at least w/ the older (pre beo4) equipment -and perhaps w/ the later as well... as your equipment is newer -you may be ok -but do research it.

(i.e) run (4) different amps and (1) set of speakers? that way i can pump various

peter, happy to oblige. it will take me some time to get my act together and scan, etc... i will pm you when it is a go (may be some time) i will also look for any similar items i may have in my "pile." thx again!

agree w/ alex... i tried qsilver several releases back, and even then found it redundant w/ spotlight. now w/ leopard, i see no reason, unless you like fiddling w/ 3rd party stuff. sometimes what comes in the can is as good as it gets. imho...
