Yes - no problems at all. Check which sort of S35 it is though. The type 6311 had a rubber edged bass driver but the later Type 6316 had foam rolls which will be deteriorating now. If they have, they will need repairing. Worth checking the cross over at the same time if that is the case.

They are designed to be used with any amplifier hence the protection circuit. It allows the speaker to handle peak passages well above 100W. My M100-2s have the monogram on the stand.

Actually I know one member is using cubes as computer speakers - you will however have to change the drive units - or at least remove the capacitor. I have to say that I would not recommend it!

The original M100 was a very short lived speaker - seems to have been available for only one year. The M100-2 was type 6319 and has the LED. I don't know if the M100 had this - and we do not have a catalogue with it in to check!
