• Re: BeoLink Eye help needed quickly!

If your BeoSystem 2 is a (HD-ready) MK3 version you'll need: 8089000 IR-sensor with auto contrast 6277910 Wire f/IR-sensor with auto contrast (9 pin mini DIN) MK1 and MK2 versions of the BSy 2 used: 8089110 IR-sensor without auto contrast 6270758 Wire for IR-sensor (3,5 mm mini jack) Maybe a "BeoLink PC2 / BeoPort / Avant US" IR sensor

Early BeoCenter 2300 with Ser# < 11346600 or 11491838 (depending on the market) and SW lower than 1.3 were IR two-way capable. Timer-programming was only possible using a two way BeoLink 5000 / 7000. SW 1.3 did block 2-way support and later on, from Ser#1281331 the PCBs have also been redesigned without 2-way components. .
I wonder if B&O is working on a new release, and if there will be new functions.
If you like it or not - iTunes & BeoConnect will be the platform for all new products in the future. As far as I know any further developemend of BeoPlayer/BeoPort has been stopped - they will only provide updates/bug-fixes when
Umschaltzeit Netradio: wie lange sind die Umschaltzeiten von einer Internet-Radiostation auf eine andere Station?
is the beocentre trying to tell me something?
I assume it's a green LED that is making you uncertain - your BeoCenter tells you "Timer has been activated"

  • Re: Beosound 8 in a link installation?

You mentioned in your original post, you woud like to replace a BeoLab 2000 and gain the possibility to play music from an "iThing" - as you called it. I assume, simple and "BeoLab 2000 like" control of your ML sources is important to you. BeoLink Aktive: "L-Opt" "5" ("6" if video sources shall be controlled

  • Re: Beoport / Beoplayer is making me crazy!

    - Remove/de-install your current BeoPlayer/BeoPort version. - You must be logged in with admin rights. - The BeoPort unit must be connected to the mains. - Start installing the ! BeoPort ! (not the BeoPlayer) software WITHOUT BeoPort-Unit being connected to USB . - During the installation you'll get a notice when the USB-cable should be connected
I must be odd! I can't see any reason why I would want to stream something from my phone to my BS5 which already has my entire music collection on it.
