I have a pair of M150 monitors on stands which need a new home but I fear they would be too power hungry for a BM3000!

I agree with the above. S45-2 are a great all round speaker. It would be nice if you could find some trumpet stands to go with them as well although the are quite rare. I have a pair of Beovox 3802 speakers which are also great sounding!

My argument is that Lab 4000s used are not that much more than a well-sorted pair of '100s and an MCL2P plus all the cabling etc, but yes it would work fine!

Hi Nicky... You would basically need to interface them with an amp of some sort. The slickest way to do it would be to use an MCL2P or an ML/MCL converter - Another option would be to use a hifi amp with din>phono converters although this would mean you would have a seperate volume for the rears which could be irritating. I would recommend wall mounting 100% as my preferred placement option. However I would make sure I had no visible cables, trunking going up the wall etc. Also, I'd be mounting it on a stud wall or a wall where you can run the cables externally if it was me. Either that or chase the cable/s in and redecorate! Basically, if you are wall mounting it
