I'm not sure that I believe the claim that this program reads the disk in a superior manner to other programs. It's all just data after all. In fact, an audio-cd reader has a larger margin for error in that it doesn't have to read a CDs data 100%. Can the human ear actually hear a missed bit here or there? No. A computer program, on the

[quote user="rednik"] Err sorry, but No. Not correct, right back at ya. Cat 5 and 6 will work perfectly for distributing masterlink and powerlink as the op requested. Granted, B&O sugest that you use Cat 7 and I would always run this where possible, but for an existing Cat 5 installation it will work fine. The suggestion for Cat 7 comes

Could you characterize "lightening fast"? How much faster than BeoPlayer (which, I believe, is just using wmp under the covers so, I assume, the performance between BeoPlayer and wmp are similar)? Stan

It took some time to find a placement that didn't drop at times. My biggest challenge was people - people standing/walking in the path between the transmitter and

The fact that they do not sell the BV8-40 in the USA... and higher priorities since I have a TV that works for now (although, after only ~2 yrs my "nothing special" Toshiba LCD is not turning on every time - Internet tells me this is a common problems that will cost ~$300-$500 to fix... I miss the bullet proof CRT days ). On the audio front
