I have an LX 2802 on which the display and teletext module stopped working (board 57 and 10A). I have just bought an old LX2800 and swapped the board from it (only 10 no 57 though they are both visually the same - what is the difference between the two?) so I can once again obtain teletext and see the volume, balance, colour and other settings. Does anyone have the specifications for the speakers for this TV please. I note that there were 2 different (bass) speakers fitted to the L/LX2502 from the repair manual. However that does not cover the earlier 2500 model. The left hand speaker is suffering foam rot (other is fine!) and I am hoping to replace it. The TV is being used by my parents at

I do not know - but my guess would be that it will not work as few generic remotes will control the higher frequencies used by B&O
