Personally I'd be looking at brightness, contrast and motion related performance. Try the TV in question with a selection of video material before purchasing if possible. Remember that the panel will have been in the market in Samsung TV's for a while before it was available for sale in the BV7 - fiveish years is a long time in LCD panel development
